InsightCS® Dynamic Worklists provides users with the ability to further automate and ensure the accuracy and completion of their many daily processes.  The system features a variety of standard worklists to meet process flow needs in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Patient Registration/ADT, and Patient Accounting. 

InsightCS® Dynamic Worklists is a feature that is made available through the technology stack and .NET framework that InsightCS® offers.  Role-based security allows access to only users with appropriate rights to access the worklists.  Worklist development does not require a proprietary programming resource to create these powerful tools to improve work flow. 

An example of InsightCS® Dynamic Worklists in action is a user who runs a worklist query to produce a listing of visits with billing exceptions.  By selecting a line on the subsequent worklist, the system is triggered to take the user directly to the system module and screen for the Visit Number for which their attention is required.   Once the user completes the task (such as adding the required final diagnosis), that particular line on the worklist will be eliminated and the account can be billed.
