Electronic Remittance Advice Entry (ERA)
The InsightCS® Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) software solution enables users to automatically process thousands of payments at the same time for outstanding balances of individual accounts.
The application accommodates different strategies based on the source of the file without user intervention. The application generates a set of reports that provide the user with information to determine the validity of the payment and adjustment information extracted from the ERA import file.
Payment and adjustment information is extracted from payers electronically via a standard recognized format known as ANSI 835. Any denial information can be codified and saved in the remittance advice tables for future business analysis.
