Denial Management
The InsightCS® Denial Management software system processes and captures denial codes during the ANSI-835 Remittance Advice Entry import process. In addition, these denial codes can be manually captured via the Remittance Advice Entry solution.
The captured denials are automatically passed to the Collection Management solution module where they can be tracked and resolved; increasing the opportunity to resolve denials in a timely fashion.
