Document Management
InsightCS® Document Management is a very cost-effective, integrated solution that offers the ability to capture and store digitized electronic images, documents, sound, and video files via digital cameras and a variety of scanners. These images can be viewed and printed from a variety of locations within the hospital and other related settings.
Other InsightCS® solutions such as Resource Scheduling, Registration, Patient Accounting & Billing, Collection/Payments Management and Order Management can optionally access this module. This module is very helpful when identifying the patient for scheduling or registration, collection of insurance cards for verification of coverage and has the ability to store an unlimited amount of scanned documents per patient.
